zepel.io (“Zepel”) is a document-based project planning and management software. Registered users can use Zepel to plan their projects, hierarchically organize them and collaborate with their teams to get work done. You can choose to collaborate on a project with other members within your organization or anyone outside it. Projects you create in Zepel are accessible only to the users you explicitly share them with.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when Zepel (called “Service”) collects, uses and shares your information when you use our Services.

Information Collected Upon Registration

When you signup for a Zepel account, you may provide some personal information such as your name, username, password and email address. Some of this information, for example, your name and username, may be listed publicly on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results.

Some Services, such as search, public user profiles and viewing publicly available Zepel items, tasks or projects may not require registration.

Additional Information

You may provide us with profile information to make public, such as your name, user handle and profile picture. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you, as well as send you notifications pertaining to your account. You may choose to unsubscribe from all notifications from Zepel or manage your notification settings through your account.

If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via email to the email address associated with your account or through our social channels. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
