Update Status of a Request

You can update the status of the requests to keep teammates in sync and aligned with the same goals.

You can set the following statuses for a request:

  • Open
  • Under Review
  • Planned
  • Icebox
  • Closed

You can update the status either in the Streams page or in the request details pop-up.


Before you begin: Make sure you have a subscription to Zepel Streams and have requests flowing in from one of the sources.

Updating Status From Streams Page

  • Navigate to the Streams tab in your Zepel account.
  • Once you’ve connected your Streams account to one of the sources from our catalog and have the data passing through, you should have a few requests in your Streams.
  • On the top-right corner of every request, you should see a drop down with one of the statuses. Click the status drop down menu.
  • From the drop down menu, select the new status.
  • The request’s status will now be updated.

Updating Status From Request Details Pop-up

  • Navigate to the Streams tab in your Zepel account.
  • Once you’ve connected your Streams account to one of the sources from our catalog and have the data passing through, you should have a few requests in your Streams.
  • Click on one of the requests to open the request details pop-up.
  • Next to the request’s title, click on the status drop down menu.
  • From the drop down menu, select the new status.
  • The request’s status will now be updated.
